A Message from Principal Jones Legay

 

I am the proud Principal of the James F. Murray Elementary School. I welcome you to a school filled with rich traditions and current best practices. My philosophy is to educate the whole child. I believe that all students can learn essential skills and build appreciation for career and college readiness.

For this reason, I am committed to promoting high academic performance to reach each student’s potential, as well as fostering positive growth in social and emotional behaviors and attitudes.

I recognize that parents are our children’s first teachers in helping them to grow and learn. Therefore, together, let’s prepare our children in partnership to become well-rounded, productive citizens with a global vision for many years to come.
