Jersey City Public Schools
Student-Focused Community Outreach Meetings
The Jersey City Board of Education is committed to fostering strong relationships with parents, caregivers, and the community. As part of this effort, bi-monthly hybrid (virtual and in-person) Student-Focused Community Outreach Meetings on various topics that support students and their families will begin in April.
These meetings will provide an open forum for discussion, with parents invited to suggest themes and talking points for future sessions. Each meeting will also include time for questions and open discussion.
First Meeting (Virtual): April 8th, 6:00 PM
Topics:
Harassment, Intimidation, and Bullying (H.I.B.) Information
Future Parent Training Opportunities
Parent Interests for Upcoming Discussions
We encourage all parents and caregivers to join us and participate in these important conversations. Look for the meeting link for April 8th at 6:00 PM to be posted on the JCBOE website soon.
Together, we can create a stronger, more informed school community!
